Paladin Security seeks a Tactical Guard at Dartmouth General Hospital to protect staff, patients and visitors in a high-demand Emergency Department. This full time role features a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift pattern and requires solid de-escalation and customer service skills.
You will monitor the ED, perform rounds, assist with aggressive individuals, respond to codes, and coordinate with local law enforcement while preparing skilled incident reports.
