CIBC seeks a Fraud Agent to join the Fraud Contact Centre in Regina. You will identify, analyze and investigate transactions for fraud on credit/debit cards, leveraging multiple banking channels to protect clients and minimize losses.
The role supports a remote-first model with occasional in office requirements. The position is a full time temporary 12-month assignment starting Nov 30, 2026, with the Contact Centre hours 7 AM–12 AM EST, requiring flexibility across shifts.
