Key Responsibilities:
• Lead high-volume recruitment processes for client requirements
• Manage job postings and candidate submissions
• Conduct resume reviews and pre-screen candidates




• Collaborate in interview processes and decision-making
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of recruitment expertise, emphasizing industrial trades
• Solid sourcing platforms and recruitment marketing knowledge
• Effective communication with operational leaders
• Experience with the complete recruitment cycle
• ICIMs familiarity is an asset
