West Coast Floral is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our sales team. West Coast Floral is a family-run business with a strong team that prides itself on staying at the forefront of industry trends while providing a high level of customer service.

Our sales team works with a wide range of customers, from small florists and garden centres to some of the largest grocery retailers.

Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and general administrative support to the sales team
Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Process orders and perform accurate data entry
Assist with customer accounts and order-related requests
Maintain accurate sales and customer information
Provide support to the Key Account Manager and sales team as required
Communicate with customers and internal departments to help ensure orders and requests are handled efficiently





Qualifications
Previous experience in sales or customer service-related role
Solid Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Microsoft Access is an asset
Enjoys working in a team setting
Strong customer service skills and a customer-first mentality
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Experience within the horticulture industry is an asset

Education
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred

Hours
Full time, 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Compensation
$30 - $35 per hour, depending on experience
