You'll contribute to design across all phases, develop your skills as Engineer of Record on appropriate projects, support project delivery, and collaborate closely with senior staff in a mentorship-rich workplace.Responsibilities:Design & Technical DevelopmentContribute to structural design across all project phases under senior guidanceDevelop Engineer of Record experience on smaller, well-supported projectsConduct site visits and assist with field review supportBuild proficiency in timber, steel, and concrete design with increasing independenceProject & Client SupportSupport project delivery, including scope, schedule, and budget trackingBegin building client relationships with support from senior staffCoordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors under senior oversightTeam & Firm ContributionCollaborate with and support junior engineers and BIM techniciansContribute positively to firm cultureParticipate in internal knowledge-sharing and mentorship as you growQualifications:P.Eng.
