Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa.What You'll DoDeliver internal technical assistance for Prenuvo's end-user and server hardware, as well as enterprise cloud-based platforms and applications such as Okta, Atlassian, Slack, and Google WorkspaceInstall, configure, maintain and support computer systems, servers, and network equipment at clinic sitesCollaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve complex technical issuesMaintain and update documentation related to IT infrastructure and supportAdminister and maintain a mixed fleet of Windows and Mac devices using mobile device management (MDM) platformsBuild scripts and automated workflows to streamline repetitive support and provisioning tasks, reduce toil, and improve consistency of supportUphold and reinforce Prenuvo's cybersecurity policies to help ensure systems are configured following best security practicesWhat You'll BringAt least 3 years of experience in an IT service delivery environmentStrong technical skills in computer hardware, software, networking,



and operating systemsExperience supporting both Windows Client OS and Mac OS in an enterprise environmentPossess an automation-first mindset with a proven ability to develop, troubleshoot, and support production scripts to eliminate manual tasksStrong understanding of an ITSM framework (e.G., ITIL) and a track record of contributing to ITSM workflow and tooling improvementsSecurity-minded approach to daily work, applying industry best practices and continually seeking better ways to strengthen system security and protect customer privacyExcellent personal organization and time management – able to maximize efficiency in user support and team interactions; meet deadlines, commitments, and project requirements with thorough attention to detailProblem-solving skills – able to think creatively to find solutions to complex technical problemsFlexibility – able to adapt to changing priorities and willing to take on new responsibilities as neededStrong communication skills – able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and work collaboratively with team members, develop and present proposals as well as prepare and conduct group presentationsNice to HaveExpertise in enterprise Identity Management, including advanced IdP configuration, user lifecycle management, and experience navigating the challenges of cross-platform identity migrationsCisco Meraki networking experience sufficient to remotely troubleshoot connectivity and equipment issues, coordinate technician visits with on-site staff,
