The business has built a strong reputation delivering commercial, institutional, and large-scale electrical construction projects while maintaining a team-oriented and team-oriented culture.Due to continued project growth in Victoria, they are now looking to add a Project Coordinator to support ongoing electrical construction operations. Working closely alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, suppliers, and clients, this role will play a key part in coordinating projects from preconstruction through closeout.This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being heavily involved in day-to-day project operations, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is looking to continue building a long-term career within the electrical construction industry.Key Responsibilities:Support Project Managers and Site Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination activitiesReview electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation with a critical eye for discrepancies or coordination issuesAssist with material procurement including lighting, switchgear, commodities, and project-related equipmentCoordinate and track shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, permits, inspections, and closeout documentationAssist with project scheduling and ensure materials and equipment arrive on site according to project timelinesMonitor backorders and communicate scheduling impacts or discrepancies to the project teamCoordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, field staff, clients, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycleAssist with change orders, project reporting, billings, WIP tracking, and cost-to-complete updatesSupport internal coordination between operations, accounting, HR,
