VIA Rail Canada in Montreal seeks a Legal Counsel for Procurement & Contract Governance to oversee negotiation, approval and management of contracts within the Legal Services team. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel Manager, you will ensure contracts comply with internal rules and trade agreements.

The role requires seven years of Barreau du Québec, strong ethics, bilingual English and French, and the ability to build team-oriented relationships across departments.
