This is an individual contributor role with high cross-functional visibilityWhat You Will Do:Build and maintain bottoms-up lead volume models by territory, channel, and product lineDetermine lead requirements needed to hit revenue targets given conversion rates, job type, and sales capacityPartner with Marketing to translate lead targets into budget and channel mix recommendationsTrack funnel performance and flag when lead flow, quality, or conversion is off-planModel the impact of new market launches, seasonal shifts, and campaign changes on pipelineOwn quota and territory planning in partnership with Sales leadershipMaintain pipeline coverage standards and forecast accuracyModel sales capacity — headcount, ramp time, productivity — against revenue targetsIdentify gaps between pipeline and plan early enough to actPartner with supply chain on demand planning — unit forecasts, inventory positioning,
