As the Grower, you will collaborate closely with the Grower Manager to oversee daily operations at our farming sites in Leamington and Kingsville. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise crop management and hygiene teams
• Ensure daily inspections and standards compliance
• Record all crop changes on charts promptly
• Drive continual improvement in farming practices




• Manage budgeting and efficiency monitoring

Requirements:
• University degree in relevant fields or substantial experience
• Minimum 5 years in mushroom farm management
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven expertise in growing operations and financial planning
