In this role you will locate individuals and assets to support our collections and recovery efforts, and review customer and merchant files for signs of fraudulent activity.What You Will DoPerform in-depth investigations and searches using internal systems, databases, and online and offline resources to locate individuals and assetsUse OSINT and paid skip tracing tools, databases, and investigative techniques to gather and verify informationAnalyze account activity to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or potential recovery opportunitiesReview customer and merchant files to assess for potential fraudulent activityAssess and validate the reliability of information obtained from all sourcesMaintain accurate,



complete records of all investigation and skip tracing activity and findingsCollaborate with the Collections and Recovery teams to develop strategies for locating hard-to-find individualsResolve discrepancies and follow up on leads through to a successful outcomeCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and external partiesWork within all company policies, procedures, and applicable legal and privacy requirementsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForFluency in English is required.
