Become an integral part of The Royal’s Epic implementation team as an Epic Support Student. Provide in office assistance to ensure smooth transitions and effective resource usage.
As an Epic Support Student, you will offer essential support during the critical phases of the Epic implementation at The Royal. This role is well-suited for students in Nursing or Health Informatics programs, providing a chance to enhance your skills while assisting staff with workflows and issue management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-person support to staff during Epic go-live
• Assist with documentation and escalation of issues
• Foster user confidence and resource accessibility
• Communicate recurring issues and support needs effectively




• Aid in operational tasks related to implementation
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a post-secondary health-related program
• Previous clinical or digital health experience preferred
• Required demonstrating team collaboration or customer service
• Adept at basic computer usage and understanding workflows
• Awareness of privacy and safety practices in healthcare
