If you enjoy leading by example while staying hands-on in the field, we'd like to meet you.What You'll Be Doing*:As Millwright Crew Leader/Foreman, you'll be responsible for leading field crews, coordinating project execution, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Horst Systems' quality standards. You'll provide hands‐on leadership while overseeing installations, managing resources, and delivering successful projects including but not limited to:Assemble and install grain handling systems (millwrighting and equipment work). Training will be provided.Follow direction from the Project ManagerTravel to job sites across Eastern Ontario (occasional overnight stays as needed with travel and meal expenses paid)Work safely at heights of 50 Meters (fall protection training provided)Use tools and machinery (forklifts,



telehandlers, welders—training available)Maintain a safe, respectful job site and support your crewParticipate in training for protected work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniquesOperate and oversee the use of tools and machinery, including forklifts, telehandlers, welders, and other specialized equipment (training available) *A complete job description is available upon requestWhat We're Looking For:We're seeking a Millwright Foreman who combines strong technical expertise with leadership experience. You likely have:1+ years of Foreman/Supervisor experience5+ Years of Construction ExperienceHave completed a Millwright 433A (Industrial Stream) or similar programExperience within manufacturing, construction, agriculture, industrial, or project-based environmentsExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills You will thrive here if you:Lead by example and earn the respect of your crew through your work ethic and attitude.Enjoy working alongside your team and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.Can organize people, solve problems, and keep projects moving under changing conditions.Understand that construction requires flexibility, long days,
