Job Title Associate Director, Asset Services Job Description Summary The Associate Director role is responsible for the regional oversight of a regional or national portfolio comprised of retail, office and industrial assets. This position will have a number of director reports, either General Managers or Property Managers, and will be responsible for providing timely, consistent, and accurate flow of information required to operate the portfolio in order to meet the clients’ and company objectives. The role acts as the first point of contact for integrating service platform for the client, as well as ensuring that accounting practices are sound and consistently applied.



The Associate Director will provide the general and financial information required for other members of the leadership team to make informed decisions and to carry out their operating responsibilities.
