Cayenta, a subsidiary of Harris, is looking for a driven Application Consultant to support our Client Services team. This position is designed for someone with a solid background in utility processes who can effectively bridge operations, R&D;, and client needs. Your focus will be on the CayOps program, improving clients' workflows and driving success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective technology solutions and client engagement
• Directly support clients with system training and troubleshooting
• Conduct root cause analysis and document findings




• Manage user acceptance testing and feedback processes
• Provide support documentation for client services

Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of utility operations and CIS functionality
• Solid interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to travel 25% within North America
• Previous software implementation experience in utilities preferred
• Degree in a related field is advantageous
