The Senior

Accountant will be a vital part of the finance team, managing full-cycle accounting and supporting financial reporting efforts. Your expertise will contribute to the accuracy of monthly close activities and improve systems, enhancing the organization's overall mission. Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete accounting functions and journal entries
Assist with financial reporting and analytics
Maintain accuracy in month-end closing processes
Drive process enhancements within the finance department
Work closely with the Director of Finance Requirements:
At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
Proficient in journal entries and month-end closing
CPA qualification is advantageous, not essential
Experience in a non-profit workplace is a plus
