Manager, Engineering – Design Support & sustaining Lead a group of mechatronic and electrical engineers and technical professionals to design and develop current respiratory medical products and technologies. Responsibilities Include People Management Lead and mentor a team of mechatronic and electrical engineers Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Ensure staff have clarity of expectations through the delivery of objectives and understanding key deliverables Collaborate with Project Leaders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely execution Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, manufacturing, and marketing Maintain schedule and established time standard compliance for all staff, i.E. by organizing and directly supervising staff, administering leave, monitoring, responding to staff headcount requirements, etc.
