The incumbent ensures the integrity of financial information, supervises a team, and actively participates in financial close processes, treasury management, payroll, and financial controls for multiple entities within the organization. The Financial Controller acts as a key resource for matters requiring analysis, judgment, and problem-solving, while contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes. and develop the Finance Department team to ensure effective workload distribution and adherence to deadlines; Participate insetting priorities and resolving complex or problematic situations; Review work prepared by team members and provide the necessary guidance and support; Promote continuous improvement of processes and work practices; Coordinate thefinancial close process for multiple entities, including the preparation and review of complex journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and external audit files, ensuring the integrity of financial results and supporting group consolidation; Oversee treasury activities and banking operations, including reconciliations, review of electronic payments (EFT, ACH, and wire transfers), daily cash management, administration of banking platforms, and the analysis and resolution of discrepancies or unusual situations; Oversee accounts payable activities, including the review of
