This role collaborates closely with the property management teams to enhance income, reduce costs, and ensure top-tier resident satisfaction, while supporting capital projects and investment analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership across all aspects of property operations with a key focus on leasing and income optimizationOversee and champion portfolio occupancy, income generation,
