Join us in office three days a week to contribute, connect, and excel in our vibrant workplace.Working with an energetic and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Import, balance, and transmit biweekly payroll for 1000+ multi-province employeesCalculate overtime and statutory holiday pay based on provincial legislationReview employee timesheets on a weekly basisProcess new hires, terminations, status changes, and leavesHandle compensation, RRSP, TFSA, and banking changesKnowledge on how to prepare and submit ROE'sEnter, reconcile,



and import expensesAnswer payroll-related inquiriesWhat You Will Bring To The TeamExperience with a payroll volume of 500 employeesMinimum 3+ years' experience in PayrollCompletion of PCP designation is an assetStrong attention to detail, organization, and prioritizationAbility to solve problems independently and collaborativelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French.Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with SAP or ADP GlobalView is a plusKnowledge of Employment Standards, CNESST and general HR policies.The salary range for this position is $27,40 - $45,67.The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres.
