Typically 10am-6pm on Mondays and 12pm-8pm Tuesday-Friday with some flexibility to meet the youths' needs.Position SummaryWage Grid 13 ($30.86 to $32.18 per hour)Reconnect workers provide street outreach services, support and integrated case management to youth self-identified or referred by MCFD and other relevant community partners. Reconnect workers engage with youth who are initially identified as needing a connection to community support and resources to promote ways of engaging with longer‑term support, family, community, employment, and other resources.ResponsibilitiesProvide street outreach services to youth in the City of Surrey and other various neighborhoods as needed.Establish relationships with youth to ensure they are connected to longer‑term community supports.Engage with and encourage youth to participate in pro‑social activities in the City of Surrey by offering access passes, recreation schedules,
