Responsibilities

Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards
Skills
Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or merchandising is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
Technical sales experience, including conducting product demos and explaining complex features
Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions
Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette and organizational abilities
Demonstrated ability to upsell products through persuasive communication and understanding customer needs
Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
