Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating merchandise efficiently
Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly
Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured items
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers while maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications




Multilingual skills or bilingual ability are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features clearly
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing POS operations
Excellent organizational skills to keep displays tidy and stock levels updated
Customer service experience with a focus on building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction
Ability to manage time efficiently in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism
