Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our dynamic dining team. Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, and hosts to deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage restaurant operations using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
Monitor daily restaurant performance, including serving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cleanliness standards.
Enforce food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health codes across all kitchen and dining areas.
Provide leadership in training staff on food industry best practices, hospitality standards, and team management techniques.

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management,



or hospitality roles with supervising responsibilities.
Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
Skilled in using POS systems like Micros or similar for transactions and cash handling.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work setting.
Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant personnel to ensure high performance.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of kitchen operations including food handling, bartending, barista skills, and general restaurant experience is highly desirable.
