Simaril Inc. supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community setting. The Outreach Support Mentor provides person-centered support, helps individuals achieve their goals, and collaborates with the team to meet support plans.
You will work in office for 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), with shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, providing coaching, prompting, and assistance while ensuring safety and dignity in daily activities and household tasks.
