Responsibilities include cleaning various areas such as entrances, halls, and laundry rooms, along with performing inventory management for cleaning supplies. Key Responsibilities:
• Clean offices, stairs, and amenity rooms effectively
• Ensure our residents' health and safety consistently
• Touch up vacant suites to prepare for recent occupants




• Manage internal and external garbage disposal
• Help with snow and minor painting maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• 2 years of cleaning experience required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Solid English communication skills
• Familiarity with cleaning technology is advantageous
• Must be fit to handle physical tasks during shifts
