Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CDCP, CCNA are an advantageAbility to understand and assist in diagnosing complex issues related to high-performance computing environmentsFamiliarity with monitoring tools, remote system management, and infrastructure automation frameworksPrior experience with command-line interfaces (CLI), particularly in Linux environmentsMeticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized operating proceduresProven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, supporting the effective operation of people and systems across multiple data center sitesA mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation,
