Program Manager – Project Management OfficeFidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) seeks a Program Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of initiatives, projects, business, and technical solutions that support FCC’s strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business leads and the FCC Senior Management Team (SMT) to understand the business strategy and plan the scope and initiation of projects within the program.Establish governance of a portfolio of projects in alignment with FCC Strategic objectives.Ensure proactive delivery of the program using recognized project/program management best practices.Lead cross-functional project teams, provide coaching and mentorship to ensure success.Manage vendor involvement, including budgeting, forecasting, creation of statements of work, and day-to-day delivery of vendor partners.Develop statement of work (SOW) artifacts to articulate proposed solutions to client needs.Act as a lead contact for inter-company project engagements and establish collaborative relationships with Fidelity-wide partners.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a project/program management role.Completed post-secondary degree (University/College) or equivalent work experience.Project management experience in the financial industry, utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.Demonstrated ability to organize and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.Experience with FinTech, financial services back office,
