Responsibilities
Perform professional massage therapy treatments based on client assessments and specific needs
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their health concerns and desired outcomes
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate therapies or exercises when needed
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic flow




Stay current with industry best practices, recent techniques, and continuing education requirements

Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clients
Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client questions
Ability to assess client needs accurately and develop personalized treatment plans
