We believe stories matter more than sameness, and personal always trumps perfect.HUGO currently operates in London, Brantford, Kitchener / Cambridge / Waterloo, Guelph, and is expanding within the Toronto market.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Project Manager would be responsible for managing and coordinating all transition projects in the Kitchener and surrounding area. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager for Kitchener, you liaise directly clients and will manage a team of stagers, organizers and subcontractors to recreate home for clients, and build the Kitchener market.WHAT YOU'LL DOProject Management and logistics – hiring appropriate talent to complete the projectEstimating projects and preparing project scope for clientOverseeing execution and outcomes of projects ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing, meet standards and completed within estimated timeCommunication with head office admin and accounting – monthly meetings and check in's as neededIn-home visits and communication with clients and retirement / care homesMeasuring of spaces and furnitureCreation of floor plansB2B – maintaining and building authentic partnerships with care and retirement homesSocial Media engagement with clients and contacts,
