Initiate, plan, control and implement complex frontend services programmes using established project and programme management practices. Own end-to-end programme deliverables, including charter, scope, roadmap, schedule, requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, standards, contracts, risks and issue resolution. Develop detailed programme plans, budgets, resource models, governance routines, milestones and measurable success criteria. Organise cross-functional teams and work with resource managers to align capacity, skills and delivery priorities. Identify , evaluate and proactively manage dependencies across frontend applications, shared services, APIs, identity, content, commerce, data and platform teams. Partner with product, user experience, architecture and engineering leaders to sequence outcomes and maintain alignment between experience goals and technical delivery. Facilitate technical walkthroughs with engineers to validate feasibility, architecture, engineering standards, non-functional requirements and implementation readiness. Coordinate delivery of reusable frontend capabilities such as design-system components, shared libraries, application shells, micro- frontends and common platform services. Ensure smooth implementation of current technologies and vendor integrations by applying domain knowledge across frontend platforms and interfaces. Collaborate with operations and support teams to establish observability, alerting, runbooks, incident response, release support and robust production operations. Communicate programme health, milestones, financials, risks, decisions and business impact to sponsors, stakeholders and senior leadership. Participate in strategic roadmap and portfolio planning, and prepare decision-oriented materials for governance reviews. Proactively improve workflows, communication, automation, governance and resource efficiency using appropriate continuous-improvement methods. Key Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field,



or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible technology delivery experience, including significant project or programme management responsibility. Demonstrated success delivering large, cross-functional programmes through the full software development lifecycle. Experience delivering frontend platforms, web applications, digital experience capabilities or shared user-interface services at enterprise scale. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, DevOps and Lean delivery practices, with the judgement to select the right approach for the programme context. Ability to lead technical discussions involving modern web architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms and software delivery pipelines. Experience estimating effort and impact , managing budgets and capacity, and influencing technical and business decisions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style for engineers, product teams, business stakeholders and executives. Strong facilitation, negotiation, organisational change, relationship management and conflict-resolution skills.
