This role runs Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime for dispatch support. Reporting to the Service Dispatch Team Leader, the Service Dispatcher is essential for coordinating technician schedules and supporting customer inquiries.

You will handle incoming calls, schedule jobs based on urgency, and maintain accurate job tickets using ServiceTitan. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities will contribute significantly to overall service efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming customer calls effectively
Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency
Update job tickets in ServiceTitan with accuracy
Monitor the dispatch board and adjust schedules as required
Communicate any special parts needs with the warehouse Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in dispatch or scheduling roles
Proficient organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and service skills
Familiarity with ServiceTitan preferred
