Become a Behaviour Support Specialist with Surrey Place in Toronto, ON, providing essential support to children with autism and developmental disorders. This full time role is critical in delivering personalized ABA therapy. As a Behaviour Support Specialist within the TRE-ADD program, you will work closely with children and youth experiencing severe behavioral challenges in our ECPP classrooms. You will assist in their social skills development and adapt daily living tasks to foster independence, under the guidance of clinical staff. Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA assessment and treatments
Aid clients in improving their communication skills
Gather and track client progress through data collection
