Facilitate quality improvement initiatives across the department
Analyze and report on quality metrics and progress




Promote research and educational enhancements in quality
Foster relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare
Assist in mentoring and managing departmental trainees Requirements:
Graduate degree, preferably a PhD
Minimum five years of related experience
