The ideal candidate will have a strong background in model-based testing, automation, and validation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed model-based test plans, models, and strategies for complex Naval systems and subsystemsDesign, build, and maintain test models using industry-standard modeling languages, such as UML, SysML, or MATLAB/Simulink, to support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and validationExecute model-based tests, including functional, performance, and environmental testing, using automated testing tools and frameworksAnalyze test results, identify trends, and generate comprehensive test reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, software developers, and system integrators, to ensure seamless model-based testing and validationStay abreast of emerging model-based testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation in our testing processesContribute to the development and maintenance of model-based test documentation, including test plans, models, test cases,
