Under the supervision of the Aircraft Maintenance Program Manager, the Aircraft Maintenance Inspector at Nolinor plays a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of aeronautical operations.ResponsibilitiesIssue AMO/AOC maintenance privileges and ensure delegated personnel hold the appropriate licencesApprove and maintain weight‐and‐balance records, certificates of airworthiness, registration certificates, and ensure their presence on boardOversee maintenance staff training, perform in‐progress inspections, and ensure compliance with maintenance proceduresMonitor discovered defects, deferred inspections, and modification/repair workCoordinate activities with suppliers and certification authorities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulationsConduct periodic reviews to ensure regulatory complianceDesired SkillsCollege diploma (DEC) or attestation (AEC) in aircraft maintenanceM2 licence and a minimum of 10 years' experience in aircraft maintenanceAt least 5 years of experience as a Preflight Mechanic Inspector in the aviation industryRequirementsAutonomy, initiative and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamExcellent communication skills to interact with team members, certification authorities and suppliersStrong technical skills in aircraft maintenance,
