We have built 0-to-1 products at Meta, Dropbox, Instagram, Coda, and Nomad, and have founded companies with valuations exceeding $1B and more than 100M MAU.HighlightsWe have strong product market fit. $15M+ ARR in under 15 months.We are profitable and funded by top tier healthcare investors.We are about 30 people today and rapidly growing across the company.You will fit in here if you want to own a product, a process, or a function and take it from 1 to 100.The RoleThis is a non clinical, hybrid healthcare role that is well suited for individuals who want meaningful work and real exposure to healthcare operations.You will speak directly with patients, collect and organize medical histories, and help ensure medical records are accurate and complete. The work is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training.Our company is headquartered in San Francisco, California. This role does not require travel. We follow a hybrid model,
with 2 days per week in our Toronto office.What you will doConduct outbound phone calls with patients to collect detailed injury and medical historiesListen actively and document information with a high level of accuracy using structured templates and internal systemsReview existing medical records for completeness, clarity, and internal consistencyOrganize and standardize medical information to meet quality and documentation standardsEnsure patient histories are thorough, consistent, and easy for physicians to understandReview work for accuracy before submissionFollow defined workflows and work expectations, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentialityPartner with the operations team to continuously improve processes and qualityYou might be a good fit if youEnjoy focused, detail-oriented work and take pride in precisionAre comfortable engaging in thoughtful, sometimes extended conversations with patientsCan remain calm, empathetic, and professional during sensitive or challenging discussionsAre dependable and able to manage your time independentlyThrive in structured environments and follow processes consistentlyAre interested in gaining exposure to healthcare, especially if you are pre-med, studying public health, nursing, or exploring a career in healthcareNice to have but not requiredPrevious experience in medical scribing or administrative healthcare rolesBachelor's Degree in related fieldsStrong interest in healthcare, medicine, or operationsComfort learning and working with new software and toolsFluency in Spanish, French, or a second languageEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal chance employer.
