Job DescriptionPosted Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 4:00 AMJob OverviewThe Shipper/Delivery Driver reports to the Warehouse Manager and is a key member of the Shipping Department. This role plays a critical part in the day-to-day success of operations by ensuring materials are accurately prepared, safely transported, and delivered on time to active construction projects.The Shipper/Delivery Driver at Toro Aluminum is proactive, reliable, and understands the importance of maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism at all times. This position involves operating a truck-mounted mobile loader crane, coordinating closely with warehouse staff, assisting with order preparation as needed, and ensuring safe handling of inbound and outbound materials.The majority of the workday is spent completing deliveries. As a representative of Toro Aluminum, the Shipper/Delivery Driver is expected to uphold the company's professional reputation through safe driving practices, clear communication,



and respectful interactions at all job sites.ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently carry out all tasks and directives assigned by the Warehouse ManagerDeliver inbound and outbound materials in accordance with company shipping policies and proceduresObtain signed delivery receipts from job sites and provide accurate counts to support inventory controlComplete all required documentation related to mobile crane operation, deliveries, and compliance with industry regulationsWork collaboratively with warehouse staff to ensure loads are accurate and properly securedAssist with picking, staging, and preparing orders when requiredLoad and unload materials safely using appropriate equipment and proceduresAdjust delivery routes as needed in the event of failed deliveries, site delays, or missed appointmentsDispose of recycling and waste materials as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace at all timesQualificationsValid Class 5 Driver's License required (Commercial Vehicle License preferred but not required )Experience working in a shipping or warehouse environmentBasic computer skills, including the ability to complete digital forms or paperworkBasic mobile phone skills, including calls, messaging, and navigation or delivery-related appsMobile Crane Certification preferred but not requiredAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail, time management skills, and commitment to workplace safetyHourly rate: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
