OverviewLocation:Vancouver, Hybrid (3 days in office)Type:Full-TimeTotal On-Target Earnings (base + commission):$75,800 CAD + share optionsReports to:Customer Growth ManagerThis is a fast-moving, high-volume role that involves relationship building, strategy, and acting with urgency to fulfill school and educator needs. You will manage and grow a portfolio of US school partnerships while supporting educators to help them find the right roles and succeed in them. Our mission is to transform education recruitment. Schools spend over $9bn a year on temporary educators, with over $2bn spent on fees. We built a platform to help schools pay less while educators earn more. We aim to ensure students have access to the best education, by finding, onboarding, matching, and coaching educators who care deeply about students. We recently raised a Series B funding of $37m, the largest round in European EdTech last year.We are expanding rapidly in the UK and US markets.What You’ll Be DoingManaging and growing US school partnerships:Building deep,
meaningful relationships with school partnersCollaborating with school partners to generate increasing demand for Zen educators (teachers and paraprofessionals) in their classroomsUpselling Zen products and services to expand impact within the partner portfolioServing as a responsive central point of contact for all school partnership stakeholdersReporting key trends and feedback to the Product team to improve the platformManaging and supporting US educators:Daily communication with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term rolesMaintaining contact with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and resolve issuesCoaching educators to improve performance in schoolsWhat We’re Looking ForMindset & Traits:Coachability: Eager to learn, receptive to feedback with a low egoGrit: Self-starter who can think entrepreneurially to achieve goalsPositivity: Lift others up and celebrate wins across schools, educators, and teammatesStrong Work Ethic: High standards, organized, efficient, and able to work with urgencyEmpathy: Cares about others’ experience and strives to provide an exceptional experienceSkills & Experience:Passion for the education sector and creating positive social impactExperience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plusGrowth & DevelopmentAs we scale,
