Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Administrator will provide a support role to the project team as assigned. etc.)Prepare and distribute meeting minutesCreate and maintain project filesAssist with preparation and distribution of monthly reports as requiredCorrespond with clients and subcontractors via email and phone as requiredArchive project binders, drawings, and relevant documents for closed jobsHelp maintain project drawings for the project teamCoordinate submittals and gather all close out documents, including record drawings, and warranties for Operating and Maintenance ManualsJob RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask to meet scheduled and unexpected deadlinesStrong organizational, decision making, and time management skillsIntermediate level computer skills with Microsoft OfficeExceptional teamwork and interpersonal skillsRelated technical diploma or relevant experienceExperience coordinating commercial construction projects is preferredExperience using Jonas and Prolog is an asset
