Serve as a subject matter expert on 1031 exchanges
Communicate efficiently with financial advisors and investors




Partner with distribution teams to secure exchange conversions
Participate in calls, meetings, and industry events
Manage transactions from inquiry through closing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree mandatory
FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
