Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $50,000.00 AnnuallyThe Office Clerk provides essential clerical support to the Energy Department, assisting both the Administrative Assistant and the Department Manager in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include organizing files, managing documents, data entry, preparing basic correspondence, and supporting general office functions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a team environment to ensure the smooth functioning of departmental tasks.The Office Clerk will report to the Director of the department.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Payables (utility invoices, no POs or WOs)Communicating by e-mail and phone (utility providers, tenants, etc.)Reception substitutingPerform other related duties as required.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:Minimum requirement DEC or equivalent creditsComfortable with computersResourceful,
