Customer Service Representative - Driver (Toronto/Etobicoke)ResponsibilitiesDeliver beer, kegs and packaged goods across the various supply chain networks and pick up all returns while being a brand ambassador to Steam Whistle, delivering exceptional customer serviceRestock customer's coolers where necessary and collect all emptiesComply with CVOR regulations and all other highway traffic act regulationsConduct business in a professional manner including smart personal appearance, and keeping a clean and maintained delivery vehicleProactively communicate with Distribution and Sales teams, raising issues and ideas as necessaryPromote Steam Whistle's Accounts Receivable Policy; advising customers of their account status and demonstrating how receipts/empty credits will be appliedCompletion of administration/paperwork as required on timely basisThis is a part time position, offering 3 to 5 day-shifts per week between Monday and Friday.
