Specific to this position, we provide a tool account, company vehicle, and flexible work schedule.We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:3rd year, 4th year, or Journeyperson certification levelResidential Current Build rough-in and groundworks experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsValid driver's license with a clean driving abstractExceptional communication skills and strong time managementAttention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality workAnd who can manage these responsibilities:Perform groundworks, including trenching, laying underground piping, and installing sewer and water service linesComplete rough-in plumbing for new home constructionRead and interpret blueprints, site plans, and building codes to ensure accurate system installationInstall and secure pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to project specifications and plumbing codesTest plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper function before final installationAdhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized worksiteTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during groundworks and rough-in installations.
