You will engage with patients through various channels and support clinic operations by coordinating appointments and managing eyewear services. Your technology skills and passion for patient care will drive our success. Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage their clinic experience
Conduct pre-testing to assist the eye care team
Schedule appointments and prep prescription printouts
Oversee eyewear pick-ups and perform necessary repairs
Provide excellent customer service throughout the process Requirements:
Experience in retail is preferred
