This temporary position spans 3 months and may extend, working under the Outreach Program Supervisor.

Your responsibilities include building trusting relationships with clients, assessing their needs, and linking them to housing and mental health resources. Daily outreach activities involve navigating various public locations. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with individuals to foster trust
Assess clients for service needs effectively
Maintain proper records for outreach statistics
Partner with community organizations to support outreach
Ensure the outreach vehicle is well-maintained Requirements:
High School diploma; further social sciences education preferred
Certifications in CPR/First Aid and Crisis Intervention
Knowledge of homelessness and community resources
Valid Driver’s License essential
