Concierge serves a crucial role in maintaining safety and responding to resident needs during nighttime hours. You'll oversee access control, emergency response, and general security while providing a supportive setting for all. Key Responsibilities:
Control entrance access for residents and visitors
Ensure security presence at the Front Desk
Monitor activities with CCTV and EV2 systems
Perform regular checks and maintain security logs
Assist with incoming calls and visitor inquiries Requirements:
Experience in front desk or security settings preferred
