We are a Pharmacy located in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta attached to the local medical clinical. Located in the Rocky Mountains having access to numerous hiking/biking trails and Ski resorts. Open Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm and closed weekend/holidays.
FT/PT hours
Engage patients to conduct CACPs and SMMAs, counsel and follow-up with patients, prescribing as appropriate and administer injections
Dispensing activities
Medication management including patient assessment and other qualified services
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy.
Licensed pharmacist with ACP in valuable standing
Previous community pharmacy experience is an asset




Authorization to Inject required and Additional Prescribing Authorization an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Kroll experience an asset
Be willing to collaborate with other health care providers
