Hunter is proud to be a Platinum level member of the "Best Managed Companies" program in Canada.Role PurposeThe Line Service position supports production in ensuring that all lines have all materials required to successfully follow and fulfill the production schedule.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesVerifies all materials pulled by the warehouse to ensure part numbers and quantities, this would include the lock codeSigns route sheet at shift start which verifies that materials are correct for productionResponsible for all materials being issued to the designated lineResponsible to make correct number of shippers for the job with proper information being transferredChecks the route sheet for special instructions of documentation for shippers, such as special labels to be printed rather than stampingResponsible for servicing the lines with raw materials for production runsProvides skids and layer cards for linesEnsures that the line has a steady supply of caps, bottles,



labels and shippersEnsures that tote batch matches shippers and bottlesRemoves all empty totes to wash out area or other area if specifiedTransfers full skid from production to warehouse with the transfer sheet and wrappedMakes sure the transfer sheet is signed off by warehouse upon receiving and the original copy is returned and stapled to the route sheetResponsible to return all raw materials to warehouse upon completion of jobResponsible for emptying garbage bins throughout shift and at the end of shiftQualifications and ExperienceSecondary High School diploma1-3 years of experience in a related field is an assetExperience with walkies and forklifts preferredAble to read, write, and follow instructionsAble to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to work in a team setting as well as individuallyWhat we offerA competitive compensation package.An excellent company-paid benefit package including health, dental, life, a matching group RRSP, skills development, and training reimbursement.The opportunity to be part of a rapid-growing, dynamic, and successful global team.
