Desjardins in Baie-Comeau is seeking a member and client experience advisory agent for a 11-month, full time in office assignment. You will assist members with banking transactions, promote products and services, and help them feel welcome while guiding digital tools.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least two years of relevant experience, and knowledge of French. You will identify prospects, stay compliant, and refer complex needs to colleagues.
